Ensuring Quality in Youth Information and Counselling: Practical tips for implementing the European Youth Information Charter
In 2018, the General Assembly of ERYICA adopted an update of the European Youth Information Charter and merged it with the Principles for Online Youth Information.
A Working Group made up of ERYICA experts prepared the brochure in order to provide practical tips for the implementation of the Charter, as well as to increase its outreach.
This user-friendly document gives practical ideas for the implementation of the Charter principles, showcases good practices and includes testimonies of young users of youth information services.
